Currently the house is vacant and is available either for sale or to Let. The price for sale is RM730K (negotiable) and RM230o for rental. The house price will increase further 10% next year as announced by REHDA recently. Recent nearby development is in Pusat Bandar BBB which is just a stone throw from BGR includes Bangi Central and Evo SOHO which is a join venture between PKNS and Andaman property. Bangi Gateway in section 15 is nearly completed and few more prestige development near Bangi Utama (Giants) are currently underway. Once Bandar Baru Bangi has matured, house prices in this area will surge higher. This is the time to own a house in Bandar Baru Bangi before it is too late. Thank you.

There are a lot of interest on my previously sale adverts but due to the good rental offer I have rented out the house until further notice. Thank you for your interest again.

I have moved out on Oct 2011. Currently the house is vacant and has been put on sale. Ads have been placed in The Star newspaper and mudah.my on 19 Jan 2012.

My new house has been issued a CF and I have obtained the key on the 28th June 2011. I will advertised this Bangi Golf Resort house soon either for sale or rent. I prefer viewing of the house after I have moved out. Thank you.

New information........

My new house is completed in April but still waiting for the CF. Meanwhile I'm planning to advertise for the sale of this house hopefully by next month (June 2011). The price is still affordable in view of the rising property prices for houses in Bandar Baru Bangi, Alam Sari, Seri Bangi, Kajang and Bandar Seri Putra.
